She has a British father and an American mother. I don't know where she actually grew up, but I know from experience that having one British and one American parent can make your accent fluctuate no matter which accent comes out strongest when you talk. Most of the time I sound neutrally American, but when I talk to my relatives in England I sound half British. I probably sound like her, lol.

so true, my dad is French Canadian with a strong french accent.. and my mom is English Canadian. I can get a random french accent at times despite the fact I don't even know how to speak french.
