I like the realistic story of America being taken over by a Military power. It may happen in the future when China decides that it wants to cash in all of the US bonds and finds out that they not worth anything. So they decide to invade and collect. Russia wil probably join in just for kicks.

This game loooks like a promising game to FPS fans everywhere. With unique campaign features like new weapons, vehicles, and gameplay details, Homefront appears to be ushering in a new experience to gamers. As for the multiplayer, for not knowing much about the online part of it, I have to say it looks almost foreign (not literally) with a new environment on U.S. turf and new options to take your team to victory.

Pretty much every war game, you play a soldier overseas who has had training. where in this game you are an average person who fights for their rights, their freedom, but most of to ensure the survival of a once great nation. And this game may predict what is to come in the future

But for those who are doing both, this sadly could end up being an actual future conflict. And while the focus has shifted from the Red Scare to Terrorism in the past 20 years maybe the real enemies are the remaining communist Asiatic countries. It'd be good if there were options to fight as a civilian, military, survivalist, against a DPRK/Chinese invasion. That would be interesting. It'd be good to be able to play different roles. Invaders or Defenders spread through California from the North to south. Why not integrate hunting to survive in the redwood forest, urban war, etc..kinda like fallout. Just a thought huh?

@yellowdotz That would take a looong time to develop and even if they did it chances are it would be half assed, the publisher would never agree to such a ambitious project, it costs a lot of money and if the developer has not yet proven to the developer that they can make an AAA title the risk of losing all that money far outweigh the potential income.
