Hi. Yes I used the same GP Engine mounts just cut the 2 pieces that join together just before the holes. In part 1 of the video it is shown exactly where I cut it. Send me your e - mail and I will send you some pictures of the smoke tank configuration.
Nice Job on the build and the video edits. Did you use the stock GP Revolver Engine mount and If so how did you cut them, also can you share some info on the location of the choke servo. I got this bird and the DLE 20 for christmas and I am ready to start the build. Keep on Flyin. Ollie. St.Thomas V.I.
Nice job in putting the Revolver Together is the 20cc DLE a easy motor to tune, its my first time starting in Gas motors? Also the pilot where did you get him from? Im in the process of getting this fantastic looking plane Thanks :)
P.S.S. when you are all done and all your servos have been adjusted, Put a drop of hot glue over all servo screws, !!!!! on my 18th or 20th flight, A servo screw vibrated
out and i had to land the plane without my left Aileron. It was not fun, But she lives to fly again !!!!! Don't miss this step !!!!!!!
Hi there, can you tell me what diameter rod you used for the pushrods (those that needed the 4-40 die thread)? Thanks

Hi the first thing tbat you must know about gas engines is:
the better the brake in, the better performance
1st: mount the engine in a bench for break in
2nd enrich the high speed needle, the back one about 1/8 of turn counter clockwise
3rd use a litter woodden prop like a 14x6 the first runnings
4th run the engine for about 2500 rpm for 15 minutes accelerating for 1 minute to a full throttle, letting it go to idle
5th remember to use, for the first 3 gallons mineral oil, in a ratio of 32:1
