ShytFerBraynes There are a number of ways. The cavity under the pickguard is fairly large. If you were to cut a new pickguard with the appropriate holes, or just cut new holes into the old pickguard, you could easily put in a P-Pickup. Then you'd just need to wire the thing back up.
this bass is horrible , costs more than a epiphone eb 1 and the eb1 is twice as good

I modded mine with a P Style pickup and bridge, and also a black 3-ply pick guard. It's pretty beasty now. It's my first bass too.
