I alway thought of a Virtua Fighter vs. Dead or Alive game since I've learned that they have damn near identical controls. Just modify the gameplay to be technical as VF, but as flashy and environmentally unfriendly as DOA.

Lol, Kim Dong Hwan character is overpowered. You might wanna change that.
