i think ed wired his volume knob as a kill switch so it just went on/off... is that what you did?

No. By turning he volume knob back and forth you are adjusting the volume off, then louder.Back and forth.

damn ... i can never get the volume to go completely off... im also picking the damn thing and workin' the volume knob with my pinky which is hard... will keep working at it... thanks!

Pretty good job , not sure from the sound of it but if you are on clean channel it sounds even better on over drive. Try adding some mroe volume and some overdrive trust me it sounds great and nice guitar! What type of delay did you use or rather what pedal?

Thanks. Delay is a a Pod. I was just warming up thats why the volume was low.
