Beautiful, breathtaking, magnificent, glorious, inspiring, wonderful, ethereal, heavenly, sublime, sensational, stunning, gorgeous, lovely, superb!!!!!!!!!!!! There are never enough words to describe Yuna! She is truly in "a class of her own!"
One of the best performances ever in my opinion, despite the missed flip. Every movement so assured, with full of emotions, attention paid to minutest details in every turn of the music using her arms, shoulders, eyes, facial expressions, edge work, control of speed, everything.
Kudos to Mr. Wilson for choosing the subtle, sophisticated jazz piece and choreographing with so much creativity. The whole program feels like a stuff right out of the 1920s Jazz Age.
KIM Yuna is suspected as violation of (By-low to rule 41-3 and By-low to rule 51) for wearing the crown earrings bt J.ESTINA(unofficial) to advertise the company's product during Olympic games.
The greatest ever- has NEVER been off the podium in her entire senior career, combines true artistry with some of the greatest technical skating, rose out of nowhere to absolutely dominate...she is truly in a class of her own!
Shes the whole package. Her jumps are soaring and theyre equal. You dont have one big one followed by a little tiny jump. I think shes grown choreographically. Shes very musical. The whole thing is very beautiful and athletic but not too athletic. I dont feel like Im missing anything when I watch her.
I'm korean and i support Yuna. But also love Mao. I feel so sorry for her. her cruel coach is ruining Mao. Dude(Karlasa528), abhorring Yuna can't make Mao better.
karlasa528//your english seems great. but your reading ability might be not enough. commentary added Gershwin with comparing Mao's risk. So, the risk is about the subjective music issue. You can't bring up jump trying issue from this.
well, i wouldn't compare yuna with mao. they have their own beauty. but it seems mao can't show her own power and aren't confident when she jumps recently. i feel sorry for her... anyway, i luv this program. refreshing, light, soft, but also dynamic. technically, and artistically, she is phenomenal!
i hate that male commentator here. I've been noticing it for many years, but I really do not like his condescending tone of voice first of all. Secondly, Yuna took risks as well. Most of her jumps do not have simple entry any more and they're so sophisticated. she is dancing to totaly different feel of music this season from the last season where Mao's choreography almost did not change at all for both programs and one of her program is actually exactly the same.
really makes me upset the way this male commentator speaks. "Where Mao took risks, Yuna didn't?" and furthermore, criticise the ending pose - just to start off commenting on her program. I can see who is total suck up to Japanese.
well, i think this guy said about yuna not taking risks in a good way, so don't get offended! :D
Of course yuna is also taking the risks. Actually, every skater does when they skate. figure skating is such a risky and dangerous sports, though yuna makes it seem so easy (which is INCREDIBLE)
but i think the 'risk' that the commentator guy here is talking about is whether the skater is attempting a jump that she can do for sure every time or not.
as you know, mao included two 3a jumps in her fp this season, and everyone knows that mao hardly does 3a perfectly. mao is taking a risk because there is more chance of her losing points by attempting 3a's.
rather, yuna only sticks with jumps that she can always do perfectly for sure, so there is a little chance of her losing points lol...
anyways, in the end, right after this guy says about yuna not taking risks, he also says that her music is set, standard and all good :D so it's all good!
I see your point. By the way, I now realize the comentator sound like Curt Browning?? if it was him, I take back what I said. he was and still is my favorite male skater and I can tell he's a nice person.
make sense. but how about this? what if yuna was practicing 10 spins of accel jump. try, hmm. it doesn't matter somehow. point is, can you do this on the ice or not. judges don't give world record for try, they give it for perfection.
@karlasa528 What yo usaid is definitely tru. I actually think Yu Na is driving Mao to persevere harder and stronger to get up on par with Yu Na. Afterall, both of them were once childhood friends, competing in junior championships together.
Simply the best

The score of Kim is called the Milky Way point in Japan.
It contains the meaning of point of the lie.
It is because GOE is twice the boy gold medallist.
Hereafter, figure skating will become trivial.
It is because dancers can win more than athletes.
Is Kim a dancer? Is it an athlete? What do you think?
