This is awesome!!! I'm at 195 now would like to be at 150 but would be happy at 160. I don't look 195 and when I tell people I'm 195 their jaws drop cause I hold my weight well and I was once an athlete and still see the tone under the fat that I've allowed to build on my body. I need to figure out how to start as well. I am 24 years old 5'4 I have a 2 and 4 year old now. I was on average about 150 then after my kids I am 180 I was not happy at 150 now I feel worse I really would like to get to about 125-135 I think that would be a good healthy weight for me.
