  • Hey Scooby! I love your videos, but I have one question. My left arm is very weak compared to my right, and it even looks smaller. I can't lift as much on my left arm than on my right, should I just keep doing the same weight and eventually overtime they will balance each other out?

  • @bballerskk15 i'm not scooby. But yes you can, but with good form so it will balance out eventually unless you have a very big right arm and small left arm due to masturbation. kidding.

    Thanks for your advice. I testet this hip bench press ysterday and ur right. Its pretty hard to focus on chest with a sz curl bar. Guess Ill have to use dumbells then.

  • @huzyboy2009 Whey protien is great, make sure you check out his website and see what brands he uses. You dont need anythign fancy, just basic whey is fine. Just be sure to check the label with the contents of the container, some of them are really high fat! =X but other than that im using whey now and i take it after every lift. its great, instant replenishment for protien and has some carbs for post workout =) Best of luck too you in your lifting career!

    if I'm on a gym, its a little bit dificult to lay down on the floor and make this excersices (somebody can drop a weight on me)... is it valid? or what you think making this on a bech press machine, using the alternate narrow grip that these machines offer?... can you give me a hint on these one? As you I dont like bechpress i prefer using machines or dumbells.

  • doesn't this work triceps?? pretty sure this is part of your mass gain program for arms (but with a barbell)

  • @iammrchubbsful Triceps are the assisting muscle for chest, and yes, I do believe that the inner grip that he uses here puts a bit more focus on the triceps than a normal wide grip, such as one might use for a regular bench press.

    Hey scooby, when i said i gained like 4 pounds per training i meant i have like 1-4 trainings per month

    I also thought it was water weight but it was weight that didnt go away

    i weighed 76 kg,then i went to the gym for a workout

     and like 1 day later, i weighed 78kg,

    Same thing happened like 4 days later i weighed myself, 78 and then i went to the gym and one day later i weighed 81 kg

    Btw, these workout are so close together since i had christmas vacation

  • @BlackWentel yea i used to have a popping noise in my right shoulder. found out it was cause i was lifting heavy when my mucles were cold. if i do like 5 mins xtrainer first i never hear or feel it. try that out it might help.

I have heard conflicting information from various sources that the pec muscles can be shaped and which exercises work which part of it.   • @jfugate44 If you want to build strength do low reps like 5 sets and 5 reps in each set.

  • i used to always do cable bench press cause free weight bench press hurt my right shoulder. The way I used to due free weight bench was to have my elbows on a 45 degree angle with my torso ^ I thought having a T shape was bad for your shoulders even though I saw everyone do it this way and I thought mine hurt cause I was in competitive swimming. I did the T shape the other day so my arms were 90 degree angle. So suprised I had no pain! So thankful... I feel a great burn still a few days later
