Tresemme dosnt really work...if your hair is very over precocess... Im a professional i recommend Fructis thats alcohol free and  Revlon to paint your hair. Garnier is really good for hair care also Suave and John freda.. :) ans Ic exelent selection it works really go0d.. I do not recomend Pantene treseme or Dove hair products Xp!

with heat protection spray, u just use it before u blow dry or straighten! u can apply wet or dry, doesnt matter. :)

you shud try some deep conditioners, like hair masks or something that you cud use in the shower and stuff. Thats what i do atleast :) it helps alot. puting in leave in conditioners helps too

Tresemme is actually a really bad brand.

It's a supermarket brand so it doesn't help if you tend to straighten or curl your hair with thermal protection. But it's up to you i guess
