  • AIG is teetering alright! LET THEM 'totter' ALL THE WAY TO HELL>..... THOSE GREEDY SELFISH BILLIONAIRE CEO BASTARDS... I HATE THEM ALL!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  • you're so funny, go and buy yourself a new home and stop wining.

  • but the only problem is this is not a joke.

  • If it is not a joke why do people continue to spend like there is no tomorrow. Home and Garden show, 35000 people showed up and bought shit for their home improvement. I think we should buy buy and buy but don't work or produce anything.

  • hi moniequa, i hope we are not all completely dead financially or else its all over. But your concept to just buy buy and not make any products is dangerous. This is what happened when the BILLIONAIR ASSet-HOLES CEOs sold all of the working peoples' jobs over to Asia etc..

Well guess what>>Asia doesn't need North America anymore because they make everything now.

  • Why do we blame on CEOs and lenders when we are just as greedy. We don't have much money but we want to buy everything. I hope we'll learn how to live below our means because we won't be able to buy in a few months.

  • besides many american still

    getting high salary.lol

    hahahahahaha funny

    is that american capitalism????

    exactly USA had beaten RUSSIAN

    communism.

    but next is american.

u american must bow politely to chinese

    and ccp.

  • USA and AIG aimed at asian savings. asia isn`t a card society unlike usa and has the high savings rate. so they developed the business in asia. but AIG got a same way as BIG 3. their damage was too huge. but they must return the money to many many asian. therefore USA must help AIG.lol USA = GAME OVER lolololololol congrats!
  • Dude may want to drive a rake over his lettuce before leaving the house.

  • And the FED has a prob as it bailed out AIG , crazy stuff .

  • Anyone thats interested The is a link with AIG and Islamic Sharia Law , i believe the is big lawsuits right now . Apperantly they collect taxes to support Jihad , something like that check it out .

  • Chocolate-covered cotton comes from Catch-22! There's a super-talented merchant named Milo who buys only the finest Egyptian cotton, chocolate-coats it and sells it somewhere else. He explains the economics of it to Yossarian, the main character. It's hilarious, because of course, no matter how cheaply you acquire the chocolate and the cotton--nobody wants chocolate-covered cotton!!! Read Catch-22 by Joseph Heller, if you haven't, because it''s brilliant and funny, as I remember.

  • In fact, now that I think about it, the way Milo explains his economic insanity with absolute seriousness--never a hint that he knows what he is doing is absurd--is a little scary, in light of what is being revealed these days about bankers and brokers their blind headlong charge into fiat currency and derivatives trading. Both are and always were obvious, unsustainable, absurdities, which resulted in our housing bubble, financial crisis and possibly dollar destruction and way of life collapse!

  • In the book, you think, what a joke, but now I'm not sure that something similarly insane HASN't already happened!!!

  • AIG has shares in HLS which is well known for wide spread animal torture, SHAC and ALF animal liberation front have sunk there teeth into the company and their employees.

  • well has the market hit bottom for USA,

who is left to invest, look at gold way down, hmmm?

is there going to be a rally this week, HMMM?

    wait and see'''

looks like profit taking in gold, who lost money, HMM"

I think the unions will do just fine by getting all the federal contracts, HMM""

  • Thanks Mike! Always appreciate your insight and great videos!

  • Thanks! Love to hear about my viewers - so drop me a PM. :-)

  • A beautiful car that if I had hit while he made that turn would have sued for it and painted it red. :>)

  • Mike, love your video's and your insight to global problems are amazing! just one question though, should I buy PM coins or bullion or both?

Good luck all of you for the future!!!!

  • only 6 , i cant wait for your Mike in space video .

you know a few of us may make a few bob on the collapse.,thats all very well however

What do you think of this equation

    Recovery = more activity=Greater demand for oil=Volatile prices as demand outstrips supply=$150+ a barrel=bye bye recovery .

  • Yes, we do want to see your scrawny little chest !

  • Oh dear, guess I shouldn't have mentioned it ;-)

Well who knows - maybe my "Mike on 6 tins of red bull" video will feature partial nudity LOL

    Thanks...

  • Ha! this kid is probably freaking out right now.

    watch?v=9VvGW98D3XA

  • Oh that was hilarious! Yeah he's probably now shaking in a closet; afraid the AIG monster will come to get him! Thanks for the belly rumble!

  • Oil is cheap right now , maybe now a good time to buy , $35

  • OMG now it's down around 149 (5 mins later)...ha..ha..LoL.

  • And all the gains of yesterday - poof!

  • Hey Fever-Mike dude,,,Iran is testing their nuclear power plant today, tha DJI is down around 80s, and silver & gold is looking Better with every passing minute...ha..ha..LoL.

  • A barrel of oil can be turned into the labour of hundreds of men over many weeks .

Gold is nothing but a shiny metal to buy oil with .

    Something is very wrong ..

  • Jihad or not ,,,

    This is the law

You cannot be net importer of oil , have no manufacturing and expect to be No1 in the world .

The spike in oil prices exposed the weaknesses in the NWO , s economy , as they are screwed without the oil .How can you hold confidence in an economy that needs to import oil to survive , as the oil crisis proved ...

Everything or at least 5 billion of us owe our existance to oil .

  • But Mike, Mr. Ben Bernanke has gone on the tube to let us know that things aren't so bad and will be improving very soon.

I believe in Mr. Ben Bernanke, I also believe in Santa Claus, the Easter Bunny and Superman.

  • now Im happy utube tryed to ban me cuz of this

  • cnn is hyping up the "good news" from the mines, trying to push down the gold price, today will be a good day to buy some.

  • killroys all over the world just think,, paint away

  • the more killroys te more we drive them crazy,,, plaese

  • go@research ww11,, killroy was here and each patriot gets at least one all over the world

  • It might be bad news for Manchester United. I will watch the game this week end to see if the staff all wear AIG T-shirts to support their main sponsor. Was funny to see all these guys usually dressed in 2,000 USD suits cladded in cheap T-shirts. Meanwhile, Real has through the Spanish king's intervention being awarded a 70 million £ loan to buy C.Ronaldo's contract.

  • LMFAO at 0:43 hahaha

  • I figured someone would get it! Yes, I am a very thin man... with big feet LOL I also lift weights, but it doesn't seem to build anywhere. Never mind...

  • I like you, and coming from me that says a lot. I dont like many, many people, people are Idiots and Sheep and lie about CRAP that they have no real reason to lie about. You actually speak true, and oddly enough think things thru fully. And Know things you should not know and are not afraid to discuss them publicly! Good more people should. Please, keep up the good work!

  • Dear Mike,

I see so many people being forced to do menial labor that does not pay a living wage.....ie....minimal shelter, food, medical etc....keep up the good work exposing the truth.

  • Since when is fletcher a man-u star Lol

  • Great vid! thnx

  • I guess that burglary is the new career field a few good people is "switching" to, the almost so called "technology of the future" or "recession proof job". And there is no need for taking education loans which is another big biz in this back to school idea many talk about. Just kidding, but who knows if this is not really happening? Well, at least it's more dignifying than selling oneself...which is becoming another kind of "newest career" out there. Sad, sad, sad!

  • Hello Mike from California. It amazes me that guys like Mike know more about whats happening in the US than most US citizens. We as Americans don't know anything about the affairs of other nations, and they seem to know more about us. We sure are popular. Chris

  • not to sound ungratefull but i hear most of this stuff. I also work swing shift so i get the full dose of news but some Americans know whats going on, i, personally dont know why. Fever is great because he knows his stuff and just thinking "im not suppose to know why" isnt reason not to find out. ive learned a great deal from him Thanks!!!!!

  • well it will be better for some as their are always a few benifit from disaster knowing or unknowingly...

  • BHD? Bad hair day?

  • BMS - Before My Shower...

  • Thanks for the update on Risk. You are one conscientious dude.

  • discouraged worker not looking for work..how bout an auto asembly line worker ...or a carpenter...or an mortage broker...not much of a point of looking for a job if you are in those fields...

  • love the work that u have done!! thank you, thank you. please keep doing what u do.

  • Any farmers in here? Want some company?

  • there are farmers out there that have land that they cant afford to plant, if people ban together you can help the farmer and yourself, by pooling your money to grow vegetables, find hundred acres, people are doing this right now, start your own eat good.

  • So true - in canada too! We've sold off land to the chinese ffs!

  • The constitution in itself makes the US the most desirable place on earth to live as a free man .

That in itself imho makes your currency worth quadruple any other currency out there .

learn the 5 fundementals of True Islam .

And ffs stop selling your land to foreigners in WARTIME

  • The is a way to save America .

The Constitution , i was born 4th July in the UK .

Naturaly i learned the story of the US , the day was relevant . It brought a tear to my eye when i read the story of Abe Lincoln ,peace be on him and the Constitution .

  • We want a 30 year oil deal with the arab nations at fixed prices . Or its war

No longer will we sit by while you befoul lands that are rightfully ours . lol

  • The final blow will come as a spike in oil prices .

  • there's nothing worse than inflation and economic contraction at the same time

  • Ya there is an Atomic Bomb !

  • Yeah the President can say whatever he want s, recovery is not happening unless the US Increases its Oil reserves or the US can quickly become the manufacturing centre of the world . I didnt get Diety level in SId miers Civilistaion with Diplomacy , and if you dont have Oil 21st century you are in grave danger .

  • The "green" comet, Lulin, makes it's closest approach to Earth tonight. Maybe not terribly interesting, but... what other big event happens tonight? Mmmm... :/ Maybe a little speech by a certain President. Is there a link? Is it a sign?

The gov't would have you believe that both the speech and the "green" comet are a sign of an economic recovery ahead. Step aside you prophets of doom...

  • Good job im no the president Mikee the be missiles flying everwhere right now -P .

  • China is the Rothschild of Waterloo

  • We going to haft to fight our way out of this before its to late , either wipe our debts or we nuke you .

  • Dont sell it to them

  • Good advice. However, the homeowners don't OWN them anymore - the banks do.The banks that OKd the outrageous loans and then passed them along to others only happy to profit off the transactions until the whole house of cards came down. Now they are also only to happy to take 'their' property back...and sell them to the highest bidder.

Remember? - "the market always corrects itself".

And continues to line the pockets of those who make the rules..or, in our case, bankrole the political campaigns.

  • ahhhh...another under the heading of 'Final Indignity':

"BEIJING — A special Chinese tour group is heading to the United States later this month to go bargain hunting for houses at foreclosure prices."

Let's see now - so - China basically owns our country through our debt it's carrying...now its citizens will also own the homes we're losing to foreclosure.

I wonder if the''ll be kind enough to let us put up some slum dwellings near our old neighborhoods? They'll need workers.

  • Someone s pissed cos we been killing muslims ...

  • Lol i do believe our Newb American / Canadian cousins are suffering a touch of War Weariness .

Chin up old boy , w,ell find them Sir ..

  • ok just one final word on precious metals.

There is a belief and certainly a reality that physical supplies are short .Also a belief that big operators are in there with short positions which they cant cover.

It is however also likely that the sizeable large future sale contracts which people have observed being placed are for mined metals and are for genuine shipments in transit from mines.

  • Damn Traitors amongst Us!

We are at WAR with terrorists and other forces from we dont know where ... Kiazer,Schiff, and Rogers are selling us out .

  • so what is your favourite paper mike?

    good video!

    peace........

  • For finance in general, the Financial Times. For news The Telegraph or The Independent. For commentary, I skim.

  • They don't want people to know how bad it really is because they do not want them to be prepared... they would rather have the chaos, so that they can bring the order. I don't understand all those numbers, but I can see that this is not good!!! Thx. Mike!

  • Im not blaming China here its a free market .

Our mines closing is natural in recession as your history told us.Why keep the mine open if you have huge stocks and low prices and low demand ? . ty

  • Well you got me thinking about this .

This crisis isnt like a earth quake ,its a man made one , also Bubbles dont burst until they get pricked . This isnt Mother Nature ,its an outside force ..

The Chineese have just spent 6.4 billion re opening a distant iron ore mine .. some civil war torn african country .

China bought all Brazils copper prod for next 30 years .

  • Confidence, it is all about building confidence at this point. For the near future, they will attempt to try to convince you to drink from the monetary punchbowl. Should they fail.......

  • My theory could explain why the Gov had no idea of what happened .

Mike your thoughts plse if you get the time ..

  • USA is 14th World proven oil reserves so therefore cannot be the weathiest Nation ,or have the strongest currency , just a free market correction set into motion by a recent spike in oil prices .

  • oops I hit stars 4 but meant 5 .always love good info, thank you

  • Had the US,GB had of Claimed Iraq s proven Oil reserves as our own , they wouldnt of been able to do this.

  • There have been periods in history where the price of silver hasnt moved outside of a couple of dollars for 200 years

  • Economic Jihad .

I was looking in the wrong place , suspected the jewish bankers .

Oil went to silly money they knew economic recession would follow .

Peaceful way to stop the War machine .

  • Presumably we are entering a depression and as far as I know historically all metals fall in the same way that copper and oil etc have all fallen.

The odd situation is that panic buying has actually created a physical shortage of the precious metals.

But you can bet your boots that the mines are shovelling this stuff out the ground as fast as their arms will let them.

Then comes the pregnant pause when we are all wondering just what to do with all those coins under the bed

  • Good theory - except the mining companies are closing mines - well except for some Gold mines.

    Peace

  • Ok Im not a metals dealer but these look like the rough figures per ounce one year ago against today local currencies usdollar gold was 950 now 980 usdlr silver was 18.50 now 14.40 sfranc gold was 1000 now 1151 sfranc silver was 20 now 16.80 sterling gold was 480 now 677 sterling silver was 9.50 now 9.89 J.yen gold was 103000 now 93000 jyen silver was 2000 now 1366 euro gold was 633 now 775 euro silver was 12.25 now 11.31 can.dlr gold was 890 n0w 1230 can silver was 18 now still 18
  • Looks more bizarre than the stock market eh?

You should compare to Nov last year

    PEace

  • I know - I mostly ignore :-)

  • What do you think about Mr Ben Bernanke coming out and saying that the recession will end by the end of the year? I think he is trying to stop the plunge of the Dow... and that he is also trying to alleviate fears. Just wondering your opinion. Great job as always 5***** :) peace out

  • Fighting fear. he also says at times if things can't work as expected out he cannot predict the end.

  • I still think you are drawing the wrong conclusions about gold and silver.

Much depends on which currency you are comparing the metal prices to. We all listen to Celente , Schiff, Walker , Jim Rogers and they all drawl on about the endless increase that we will see.

And always we are hearing what price the metals made in us dollars. But does anyone mention the value against other currencies ? Nobody

    So guess in last year

Has silver and gold gone up against J.yen, euro, pound, sfranc,c.dlr ?

  • Gold is at it's highest EVER in some of those currencies.

  • thanks for this very good stuff Mike ..... Please keep on coming !!

  • I hope you all lose your jobs

  • I hope you get a d*ck soon

  • Mike I want to sincerely thank you for all that you do. You take the time to inform those who may not be able to take the time about very very serious issues and the ever growing implications of the news at hand. The 3 stages of truth.- ridicule then violent oposition ending in widespread acceptance. This is hard stuff folks. The truth will shake the foundations of the belief systems we hold so dear. Its okay. Its only natural. Keep moving ahead. Don't panic !!

  • Thank you :-)

  • :) :) :)

  • Hey Mike, great vid, of course the telegraph piece has been removed, lol. Also the adds I have been getting next to your vids are "strangly" enough to my field of interest. Today was about solar panels, the other day was about weapons, and another time was about emergency prepardness survival stuff. lol. I suspect they tailor the adds to the people watching. It's scary what You Tube knows about me. Thanks again for the good work. have a good one. Mike, London, On.

  • Link is fixed - my bad :-(

  • One of the smartest guys on the internet

is what you are, fever or not! :D

  • I wish you good fortunes in your business. You are of the wise, and will fare better in the end.

Here in the States, much is happening. There are around 40% who are awake and do not like what they see.

That number grows. The great wizard, Bernanke spoke today, he speaks more of the same. Fool. For he is of those who wrought with greed and forged with lies what takes the system down. Truth.

Thank you for continuing to post, our brethren in England are better off for it.

    Good day.

  • Great update Mike.

    Keep going my man.

  • For those who like their explanations

    visually delivered,

The Crisis of Credit Visualized from Jonathan Jarvis on Vimeo.

is well worth a look to confirm how twisted the whole dynamic became.

  • Gee, this sounds mighty familiar....I just can't think of where though...

Let me go have a think on it... *cough* *cough*

  • LOL ;-)

  • well of course i had no idea

the author of this fine illustation

    was actually hanging here

but then i suppose this space is all about illustation

    of the illumination kind

so bravo in direct to medulalumosa

    here's to the big picture...

    /watch?v=lWWKBY7gx_0

  • I am glad you shortened you intro Mike :-). I love your vids, i look forward to them daily. but yeah.... better start.

  • With warp speed we are entering a 35 mph world. Think about it! Gear up to gear down.

Peace and understanding .........and oh yea......... witch peddle is the break?!? :-)

  • It is the optimists vs the realists. Buffet is somewhat optimistic, but Soros likens the decline to that experienced by the U.S.S.R.

    To quote an article:

Volcker said industrial production around the world was declining even more rapidly than in the United States, which is itself under severe strain. "I don't remember any time, maybe even in the Great Depression, when things went down quite so fast, quite so uniformly around the world," Volcker said.

  • A few weeks ago, Shadowstats put U.S. unemployment at about 17% and rising.

No we are not at Great Depression levels, yet the vitals indicate a faster decline than was seen then.

  • Hey mike. Hope you had a productive day at work. As in I hope they arrange your transfer to the Great White North. Thanx for the update. As long as you put up a vid I think I there is still time to get out of the southern clusterf@@k of Ontario. Lol. Runnin back to Saskatoon.

  • Well I had some sort of confirmation of the transfer last night; I'm now involved in the planning of the work I am to do, so looking good!

  • so... you're saying everything is gonna be alright; right?...

  • Long day Mike? lol

  • Back now - mostly spent on a train!

  • good vid man

  • Optimistic recovery is 10 years. Do you have permission to starve to death??? Plan for no electricity, internet, phone service, running water etc. etc.

  • Well, Bernacke come out and said at least 3 years to recovery this morning - so that's like 9 years in the real world?

  • Lol

  • We are in depression and it is just getting started. Much worse to come. The government lies. Protect yourself. Turn your assets into survival supplies, before you can't buy anything. Eventually gold will crash but we're just starting the upswing, so some money to make. Spend the money before it is worth nothing. Think about it.

  • . . . and Clinton is trying to get the Chinese to buy Treasury Bonds!

  • if i had treasury bonds i would sell them too ;-)

  • Mike, some of the US west coast ports are not releasing monthly statistics on time. They've also sent non-union workers home ... nothing to do.

This tells me that for the most part we are living off the inventory in the NA supply chain. That's going to be depleted before too long.

Not just flat screens - but food and pharma grade ingredients. My bro works in the food and pharma supply industry - it's getting desperate.

Govt is lying to everyone. They have no clue what to do.

  • Man your Hair is incredible - different in every video! What exactly do you do for a living Dude?

  • I think for a living - doesn't really matter what I look like if they value my thoughts. I'm involved in software sales - technical pre-sales in the UK or Sales/System Engineer in US. I need to know a lot about a lot of different systems to be effective. So I spend my life learning.

    Peace

  • Cool, so are you more a Nerd or a Salesman? Do you work both in the UK and US?

  • Much more a nerd. Sale-guys hate me, cos I tell the truth. If the software won't work in the system I am working with - I tell the prospect. However this builds trust, and this often leads to other opportunities.

I however need to understand what the prospect is doing, so I can help to show the software in the best possible light.

I work all over the world, in lots of different industries. I know more than a little about a lot.

    Peace

  • Cool, so what in your opinion, do you think the next 12-18 months holds for us all?

  • Change LOL - It's all gonna change, and not always in a good way! In the end humanity will survive. Governments will fall. The rich will get richer; the poor will get poorer. If you understand the underlying currents, you can plan a way to improve your lot.

Take a look at my "predictions 2009" video. Odd how things are working out so far...

  • Are the rich getting richer? Sure doesn't seem like even they are. I would agree I am getting poorer. How will we middle classers ever get out of it now? Honestly, I don't care about chasing the "American Dream" anymore - I finally realized it's a lie. When it comes down to it, it's all about family and friends the rest is just a big game that I am tired of playing.

Hey - I love your peace sign - thanks for including us Americant's, sorry we F'd it all up for the rest of you.

  • that's good info...now i can add that to my resume...current status...subset of U6...marginal and unemployed...

  • It is well enough that people of the nation do not understand our banking and monetary system, for if they did, I believe there would be a revolution before tomorrow morning.

    Henry Ford

  • thnx 4 the post!

  • i hope we recover, but without the federal government staying intact

  • Just thought I'd share the headline that popped up on my news this am - "Chinese companies to buy UK ..."

    - Sure hope there's something left for you guys over there when they're finished... :)

(full head & article @ chinaeconomicreview)

peace, love from the rapidly disintegrating US of A

  • Bernanke in front of Senate Banking Committee, he looks ashen....rather sickly...i would say sort of like a zombie.

  • "Bernanke in front of Senate Banking Committee, he looks ashen....rather sickly...i would say sort of like a zombie."Ah ah...It reminds me of Blair giving a speech on the 'harsh' decision to go at war against Iraq. Was looking washed down, wasted... Actually his look was created by professional make up artists in the backstage in order to fit the situation. Pure communication. Likewise, Bernanke cant appear in these days fresh and pimping: he has to appear like a guy who cant get a 4 hour sleep.

  • 'Fresh and pimping' ROFL - good one CZMan!

  • And the beat goes on ... hm? Gosh, I wonder just who the heck will buy what AIG wants to sell? Geez-Louise. Maybe I should go into the ink business to print the dollar bills that add up to that $260B.

Thanks for the Chocolate Covered Cotton link. Much appreciated.

Nice shirt, by the way. Have a good meeting today, and peace back atcha from Brooklyn, NYC! xo QJ

  • the prophets of doom link isn't working? yes mr williams of shadowstats goes through how computation of unemployment changed in 1994, if we measured unemployment now as we did in the 30's we would be at 17.5%...likely we will be at 25% by april/great depression levels if measured as in the 30's...apples to apples. media compares apples to elephants. have a look at hedonics and substitution regarding tweaking inflation cpi, gdp etc. as those are altered as well.

  • You have to take all the government statistics with a grain of salt. Be sure and research how they calculate the numbers. The CPI-U for instance, strips out food and fuel...which essentially makes the CPI-U worthless.

Shadowstats has good information and methodology.

Any statistic that moves in the direction the govt wants is suspect in my eyes.

    It's bad....

  • The grand old Duke of York,

    He had ten thousand men.

He marched them up to the top of the hill

And he marched them down again.

    And when they were up, they were up;

And when they were down, they were down.

But when they were only halfway up,

They were neither up nor down!

  • Giday mates...Hello whoever-u-are...whenever-u-are...

  • why do my comments disappear?

  • do you have links in it?

  • dang links...so that's the prob, eh? how do i get around that so u all can benefit from something i've discovered that fits in with mike's msgs? i'm a blogger, not a youtuber...i know it shows.

  • Lol Mike you like youve been dragged through a hedge , backwards !

Im one that firmly believes in a fair days work for a fair days pay .i do not persue vast wealth.

I know its scaring the people , but im actually quite enjoying watching the charlatans fail .

On a bright note my UK SME is stilll taking orders , receiving enquiries and has lots work until at least Oct 09 .

  • prophets of doom link down

  • Link is fixed - my bad :-(

  • Now AIG, a company founded in China in 1919, with very strong ties in China, is about to report a $60 billion dollar loss in one quarter and is reported to be seeking even more money - or at least a conversion to common equity - from the federal government. Counterparties around the world continue to have significant exposure to AIG, and market conditions continue to be fragile and sensitive to the potential disorderly failure of AIG, the Fed said in a report in November.

  • "Now AIG, a company founded in China in 1919, with very strong ties in China, "

How do you know that they have strong ties in China? With whom? AIG was created during the period of time when the US and co tried to colonize China before getting their bottom booted out china mainland. So the strong ties are with whom in China?

  • Man, it's getting worse by the day! Things are bad here in the US with AIG, GM, BoA, etc etc, but what really really concerns me is what is happening in the Baltics/Eastern Europe. That could be the straw that breaks the camel's back.

  • Things arnt going to get better any time soon is abit of an understatement LOL. I think were experiencing the collapse of the entire globalised economy, and the countrys that can addapt to the new realitys are the ones that will recover the fastest. BTW Im a marginally attached worker and im abit mental LOL

  • If you recall David Beckam recently upgraded the security on his English home to the extent of fort knox!

    mmmmm

Inside information me thinks! He has been made aware of what is about to happen and has acted accordingly. Well done him I say. Protect your home as well.

  • protecting ones home with a security system is useless when the masses commence the civil unrest. security systems only alert owner and security companies to the fact the property is being invaded.. well done I say protect your home. protect the valuable, the part that maintains value, yourself. a home only secures a dry floor.

  • Have been hassled a number of times; he has done what any sane person would - no inside information required.

  • crazy stuff, man! thanks for another video. I always look forward to your reports.

AIG is a cluster of derivatives and overvalued assets, unfortunately. they also have some good core companies, but they are larded with waste and bullshit

  • Hey Mike! Stupid question. We are always looking at the DOW to measure the economy. Someone told me its a small number of stocks and not a good indicator of the economy. This just doesnt sound right. Whats your take on this? What should I be looking at then? Thanks!

  • Well, I've always been told to keep an eye on the S&P 500. -But then again, I'm an idiot and therefore anything I think/say tends to be negligible. I hope that helps.

  • I tend to measure it by what my bills are and how much food is costing me...

  • See here now, you just can't go about using logic in an illogical world!

  • When a dow component drops to poor levels it is replaced with a better performing company. The only problem now is that they all suck. Traders watch the S&P 500 for the most part.

  • I must tell you, I am tempted to give you a thumbs up on every comment you make just because I love your youtube handle so much! Oh, if only we could. . . .

  • S&P 500 is a better indicator as it has a better distribution across industry sectors

  • Great, I'm actually right on something. How do I throw an emoticon raspberry?

  • Do you think there is a 'moral hazard' component to the S & P Index ?

S & P (Standard & Poors) are the ones who 'rate' the companies in their eponymous index?

  • Hi Mike! Thanks for the links! :)

I've heard/read that so many foreigners are leaving Dubai (out of fear for imprisonment for bankruptcy I think) the parking lots at the Dubai airport is packed full of abandoned luxury cars.

Now, have a nice trip and get thee a comb! :P

  • Oh yeah, and if you should ever get the notion to perform topless, I'm fine with that. ;)

  • nag...nag...nag.... !!!!!

  • How did I know you'd be the first to mention this LOL ;-)

  • Gee, I hope I'm not getting boring and predictable. :( The spice in life would be lost to me...boo hoo.

  • How did your trip go?
