So if they could build a shelter in the 1970s to withstand a tornado in the how come apartments and mobile parks don't do this now? We have all the technology as demonstrated in this video.
They got some statistic wrong. Combined F4 and F5 tornadoes account for about 70% of tornado deaths. F5 tornadoes account for a significant portion of that.
i went by parsons about 5 minutes after the otrnado hit, they ahd a mile radious blocked off, but when iw as drving on the back road about 1 1/2 away from teh parsons plant, i saw a semi and trailor throw aout 200 yards into a cornfield
