  • Wow! Shame this isn't still cruising Bahrain! Great stuff

  • I love it. When you talk about re doing the doors and front, do you mean that you are going to change the shape of them? Because the front could use a little work. But other than that I look amazing

  • @VxTaPOuTxV Yes, you are right. The car is back in the UK now and I am starting to remake some parts of it. First i had to rebuild a turbo which decided to blow up! There is a video of that too

  • thats cool man! nice to see another man who loves a good zonda

  • This is beautiful! Can you please teach me to mold and create a replica car. I have been wanted to build my own car for years.

  • p.s. keep working man, in the end you will own £1.2m car!

  • The sound of the engine is exactly same as pagani zondas! from the far distance it looks so amazing! just a little bit more time and you will have great pagani zonda! I'm more excited than you are :)

  • @saketozbleed Hi, Thanks thats the nicest comment ever :)

The car will be back with me in 2 weeks, I amm going to remake the front section and the 2 doors as I am not happy with them. Then a front screen and good paint job and try and get it legal for the road..

  • I haven't followed your videos but why did you take your car to Bahrain? Nice looking car. I'm waiting that you will finish it ans show us when u ride the street of London. How much was your budget for this car?

  • @saketozbleed Hi, I took it to Bahrain to try and finish it off, I made most of the panels while I was there. Also driving it around the desert was great fun, I can't drive it in the UK as its not legal, in Bahrain no one cared.

  • 3 weeks to go before the car arrives back in the UK. It should be here on the 22nd October 2011 :)

  • awesome man only thing u need now is a good paint finishing

  • @C0PYRIGHTS HI, and a front screen,! there is still loads to do on it :)

  • @Nicktruman

An amazing piece of work Nick, not for the faint hearted!

Congrats on going with the Jag engine and not falling for the usual American Small Block V8 that's in everything else.

I'd be interested to know what gearbox and bell housing you've used in order to get the mid-engine layout if you're willing to share?

I look forward to seeing the finished article (haha, these projects are never finished!)

  • @theflyingferret77 Hi, Thanks for the lovely feedback.

The gearbox/transaxle is from an Audi 80/A4 diesel. I had to make an adapter to mate it to the engine and shorten the bell housing 12mm or so. The flywheel and clutch are all Audi too,

The flywheel had to be drilled to suit the Jag's crank but it all work really well! I am not sure how long the clutch will last though.

If the transaxle does break they are easy to rebuild with stronger parts.

  • @theflyingferret77 also I want to fit a limited slip dif, but one thing at a time. The car is currently in a container on its way back to the UK

    Kind regards

    Nick

  • Gr8 work...;)

  • @RDMC
