It's not that hard, you download firefox, open it up, install grease monkey, then install the script called "pin bot". The rest is done automatically when you go to a supported cell phone survey, examples of supported ones are in the description. And all the people who say this doesn't work it's because they try to instal the script into internet explorer or google crome which does absolutely nothing because grease monkey is a firefox addon.
