well not at the same time, you can hold R and then hit A while standing, or you can hit A and hold it and while in the air hit R

I played this episode like crazy. My best time was 2:00:49 left on the clock. I already knew about this method of spraying, so I was able to get a fairly good time. I should try it more sometime.

It's the regular FLUDD nozzle. If you press the A and the R buttons at the same time when you are not standing on the ground, it spazzes out and spews water in many directions.

to squirt it like that once. just hold R all the way down then tap A but i dont know how to do it that fast

No AR. While in mid-air (any time), press A and R at the same time. Press is multiple times before you hit the ground to do extra sprays. Fingers start to hurt fairly quickly, so it's not a good idea to keep this up for a long time.

You know you that once you land after doing that spray, you can keep on holding R and keep the spray that spray on. Just don't press R all the way and you'll finish a lot quicker, plus it's easier for your fingers so my way is a lot better.
