When I first entered the dining room I was stunned. But in the hall, I shat in my pants! Capcom got serious with that one. The music! The details! The huge clock in the back! I kinda felt the "magic" video games gave me not so long ago. This magic is rare nowadays.

Lol, George Trevor certainly got around a lot before he designed the Spencer Mansion and the Mansion area of the Antartic Base. He was the one who designed the 3 ships in the first place.

Figures, only George Trevor can make such decor.

The 3DS is the first handeld to have a dedicated DSP sound chip to handle this film like music rather than 8 bit sqaure waves or Wavetable synthesis we heard on Gameboy to DS.

I got to say that after RE4 and RE5 poor soundtracks, this one has some very good tracks, reminiscent of RE1&2&3 and Code:Veronica. I was like "WOW!" when i first entered this hall and i felt nostalgic because it's been a while since RE game had good soundtracks and this one is awesome! To me, music has always been a key factor on RE-series and it really ads to the dark atmosphere that RE-series is known for:)

The question is: Why doesn't this game have a number instead of revelations???, it's better than 5 and has a better story. I'm really surprised with it. Really, If U guys own a 3DS and can buy this game, or have the possibility of buying the console and the game. DO IT!!!, U WON'T REGRET IT!!. It has one of the best stories in the saga, it has one of the best environments and dark areas of the saga, it has one of the best OST, it is sublime. U CANNOT MISS IT!!.

one of the creators or writers or something said he regrets not giving it a number.

So in the opinion of the creators of resident evil: This game should have a number.

Whenever you watch a video on a monitor,there is NO 3D at all!

This may feel stupid but actually, it is really cool and shows that Capcom REALLY paid attention to all the details...Why no 3D there?

Be cause you're supposed to be watching a video on a monitor and these monitors DON'T DISPLAY in 3D...When I realized it, I was stunned from the awesomeness of the game!

One thing I noticed is that the game has no riddles to solve...Well just one,with the coins in the casino,but it's really weak,not a riddle at all!

That sucks!

The game,however is magnificent! A TRUE Resident Evil ! Finished it on NORMAL and now on to the next playthrough!

And the videos are cool too! They just needed a more highlighted 3D effect...At some points,you think there is no 3D at all(in the cutscenes)...

going into the hall for the first time this morning with full 3d on and headphones in was AMAZING. one of my favourite gaming moments. this game is great. really reminds me of the 'older' resi games. a perfect balance between action and horror.
