I was more into rock and roll in the 80s but you could not ignore her music, it was everywhere. Now I can look back and recognize her collected work as one of the central glories of popular American music.

She has unfairly been criticized for cheaply using music as the vehicle to make her a star instead of using music for music's sake. However, that's a 1/2-baked assessment considering the quality of her music.

In the documentary during this part of the tour, she was really vocally sick. So this is one of those shows. She was so sick that she had to cancel some shows. I still love her in this though, I love this song. This is my favorite madonna song.
