7:55 You need to place your buildings more carefully!!! don't just randomely place them. Red lines are extremely bad. for every red line, a green line is nullified. You had 4 green lines already, but then you put two factories making 4 red lines, and all you got from that was 1 blue line. when placing buildings, try to have the most blue and green lines, a low amount of white, and NO red!!!
