@angeriod as you should already know that everyone has a "flame" that radiates from within and also the flame of "heaven" and "earth". it is the gentle subtle energy,to "dance" with its flow is to cultivate more awareness, it is just one of the ways, you could just sit down and be "still". but the "music" interacts with the flame. the purpose is to make myself healthier and more energized.there is no wrong or right way to do it, it is apart of getting to knowing yourself on all levels.
