Correct me if I'm wrong, but I don't think that's how gravity works. Cybertron is so small compared to earth, it would either be pulled down and crash in to the planet (or burn up before it reaches the surface), or be pulled into orbit like a second moon. There might be some changes in tides, and more eclipses, but probably nothing more serious then that.
