so you are building youre own battery, cool idea i once did some thing simmalar with a zink rod from a boat and a peice of coper pipe wit some viniger and i got a small electrical charge, all i could power is a small LED

Not a battery. These are the pieces to a hydrogen dry cell that I am in the process of building. When fully assembled it will produce hydrogen gas.

I've been watching pjckac1. He has really come up with a flashback arrestor that eliminates the need for a bubbler.
