This shows us viewers how tough it must be to be a senior police officer,in a catch 22 situation.Damed if they don't deal with the crimes effectively&efficiently,becaus­e do-gooders say that they don't care&damned if they do,as again the do-gooding,politically-correct­ness brigade will acuse them of brutality,etc,etc.The job is of law enforcemet & nothing else.Its a shame that characters like Roach &Galloway aren't there to get 'a positive result',anymore.
