It seems way too expensive to play compared to just paying for a subscription, where everyone is also playing on the same terms, which makes things more fair.

If I am not mistaken, it costs some 4-5 € (or even more) just to respec your character.

@fellowshipofthepuss Well apparently you don't realize that Blizzard is well over a million dollar business and they're a major company, their game and expansion packs have to be bought and they have a monthly subscription fee. Allods is a free to play mmorpg and you don't need to buy it. So you can't really compare WoW to any other free to play mmorpg. So consider what you're talking about and what you're comparing ftp games to.

Allods online a game for Rich people and the perfect example of how "PVP kills MMOs" well maybe only f2p ones.

After 23 mostly is just PVP, there's a serious lack of PVE content in this game. And you need to pay A LOT for decent runes or else other players will mop the floor with you and forget about End-Game, 6x lvl 7 runes are MANDATORY if you want to do it, or even PVP in matter of fact....

ive left my computer on when i left for work, the patches were all installing because i just installed the game last night, and the launcher seems to be stuck on 2.0.06.42 idk how longs its actually been on cause i got home from work, and now which is 20 min later and still sitting there at the same spot. so is it frozen? or is this just a huge patch. the bar has that flashy animation so i dont think its frozen but im just wonderin.

Ok I've been playing this game for a good uh.........40-60 in-game hours now.

Im level 17, (level cap is 47 or so)

This game is the best I've played ever. Perfect world is pretty damn great too BUT!!!!! I quit it as soon as I realised that the Endgame pvp and such is completely dominated by P2P type characters(you have to buy stuff from the cash shop 24/7 to get anywhere near good)(like $3000).

This game, the Endgame looks GREAT. And it's much more fun because most casting times r instant.

Quests that should take 5 fucking minutes take 1 hour to complete thx to the stupid drop rates. Oh and then there is Fa(il)tigue, which only allows you to lvl 2 lvls per day and when you reach 20 its half a lvl... Big crap for people who are interesting in following a story instead of grinding on daily quests or getting ganked in forced PVP from paying high lvl players with lvl 9 runes...

Avoid this game like the plague. You think WoW is boring and grindy? Think again, this game grabs everything bad from wow and makes it worse, shitty drop rates, and imo its the most expensive "F2P" out there, when you get to 20 if you don't pay to upgrade your runes and other stuff your dmg wil suck hard on mobs of your lvl and 1 below and they will dmg you like they were elite/bosses...
