lol there is that, it even hits like a bomb, super mario 64 lost levels has it for its last boss battle, but things like what you want and special powers that weren't in the game originaly are very very very hard to make.

Mario and Luigi overhear, and warn them that if they do, they'll be pissed. They ignore them, and Mario and Luigi challenge them to a Mario party. Wario and Waluigi cheat, and toss them in Jolly Roger Bay. Unagi (The giant eel) tells them what happened, they go back and challenge Wario and Waluigi to a FAIR Mario Party, Mario and Luigi win, and they have to keep on doing population control until they can pay to fix the castle. Peach gets home,sees that the castle is ruined (Continued in next.)

Hey, I like it! Oh, and I have another request. It goes like this, Mario, Luigi, and Peach go on a vacation and leave Wario and Waluigi in charge of the castle. (You could show Mario, Luigi, and Peach driving away in their karts.) They trash the place, (It would look all ruined, everything looking broken) Wario and Waluigi have to pay to get it fixed by doing population control in the different worlds, then Waluigi thinks "Why not buy the castle with all of this cash?!" (Continued in next post.)
