when you throw your kicks, dont drop your hands. youre just setting yourself up for a counter. no knees to the back of the head on the ground, if his knees are touching the ground, you cant knee or kick him in the head, and ur never allowed to hit him in the back of head, so know the rules. when you block, dont throw your hands at his, keep them against your head. but most of this youll learn as u get more training. if you keep at it, youll get alot better, and get a better challenger.

have you had any training before this fight? iv had seven amature MMA fights, and ive won all of them. 4 by submission, 3 by knockout. some tips for u that i can notice ((im not tryin to talk trash, just trying to help u out)), more head movement when ur standing up. dont telegraph your punches. throw your punches with confidence, dont be so hesitant. when your on the ground, no your chances with submissions, and pass his gaurd when he gives it to you. you had many chances to pass and mount.

Awesome fight Romka! My advice is to use your jab more. Practice a long, fast, and powerful jabs on the bag and shadow boxing. With a good jab it's WAY easier to land right hands. Also, use more footwork too. Just moving to the left or right while jabbing opens up great angles that are awkward for your opponent to dodge.
