I have a Vitara, with the older engine version. It has been lying in the Maruti workshop for the last 11 months. It is more than 3 years old; has a alignment and uneven tyre wear problem from day 1 and Maruti has done little to acknowledge or rectify the problem. So I wouldn't put too much faith in Maruti service or customer orientation.
