After I shot my first white-tail buck in December of 2009, I made up a hunters version of this song. I would like to dedicate "The 12 Days of Hunting" to all legal hunters everywhere. On the twelfth day of hunting my buddy shot for me: 12 Grizzlies Growling, 11 Bobcats Grinning, 10 Pronghorns Sparring, 9 Mule Deer Bouncing, 8 Pheasants Dashing, 7 Mallards Flapping, 6 Elk A-Whistling, 5 Bobwhite Quail, 4 Honking Geese, 3 Prairie Hens, 2 Turkey Toms, And a Giant Thirty Point Buck.
