  • how could 7 people dislike this. Oh yeah, they probably don't know what they're talking about and think that this is a street skateboard

  • wassup with the hate? i enjoyed it

  • how do u do this on a normal skateboard?

  • @guitarsalert this is a longboard

  • Gnarly. What's the jam in this mofo?

  • you guys are good im working on my slides still

    keep up the great work

    you sponsored?

  • Hey kiddo, you're the one who started using terms like "gay" inappropriately. I find that when people say things are "gay" they usually are trying to cover the fact that they are in fact gay with that macho BS.

As long as you have nothing to back it up, I'm gonna assume you don't skate and just hate. Way to embrace that Aloha spirit, brah.

  • fine with me. Assume what you like "brah"

  • gay. take away the skateboard, and you get the same sliding. learn to skate

  • Yeah dude, I checked out your videos and your skating. Oh wait you have no videos and probably don't even skate. Your just one of those losers who spends all day on youtube hating on people instead of actually doing anything with your life. Congrats on coming out and thanks for choosing my page to state your sexual preference, but sorry, I don't swing that way. Good luck with that!

Where you at? Let's skate sometime before you make judgements on what I can or can't do on a skateboard.

  • i skate, but you can assume whatever you like. You can attack me personally, like my "sexual preference." Little kids like to do that. Come to hawaii and i'll show you some hills

  • dude, you not a real skater if you don't have the attitude

    quit being a hater

and its call sliding and i know you cant do it

  • it's not hard to "fall" on your hands and knees and slide down a hill. These guys need to learn how to keep their body weight on their boards

  • hahahaha... you just try it then why dont you.... lol

  • ride down a hill just to fall off my skateboard and to begin skidding on my hands and knees?

  • @au2boys2 you do know Sliding is actually a trick used on longboards right? this isnt normal street skating...

  • @evilhomer11 i know sliding is a trick on longboards. Falling down isn't a trick.

  • @au2boys2 Bro sliding with out a skate board is still sliding, street skating with out a skateboard is just jumping around flailing your feet

  • yes, for once the female team rider is actually skilled

  • Whats the song?

  • haha i love the first slide with no board! awesome!

  • In this vid, I think Jess and I were both running Independent 169s. She may have been using trackers though. I now use Ace trucks which I find to be an improvement on the basic Indy design.

  • hey im a newish slider and im looking for a slide deck. Any suggestions? and nice vid. any sugestions are helpful =]

  • Earthwing Drifter.

I have not tried the Earthwing Decks, but their wheels are for sure the best sliding wheels (smooth ride too).

I use lots of Old Schools for sliding since they're wider and usually have that fish shape so I have leverage on the front for pivoting on it, and that Gradually widening tail I can use for check slides and use the skinnier part closer to the middle for extra leverage on shove-its.

  • the earthring jailbird it the best deck for slideing ever u should get that 1

  • hey i was wonderin were to get those knee pucks are those brand bought or rigged ? plzz respond THX!

  • Actually those are just standard knee pads. If you are looking for the best, get the 187 pro pads or see if they will make you custom slide pads with side pucks (about $150). Or just glue some pucks onto the side of your pads with shoo goo.

  • thx man! Go Earthwing! I love my Drifter!!!!

    -HAPPY SLIDING

  • what trucks are you guys running?

  • 62mm earthwing superballs r prolly your best bet.

  • im ordering a drifter pretty soon here and i was wondering if i should get their new 58mm Slide A balls or stick with the 62mm slide wheels?

  • you certainly can't go wrong with the 62mm's for sliding. the 58mm's are the same urethane and core, just a little smaller. the 58's will have a slight advantage for ollies because they are lighter. for sliding only, i doubt you'll notice the difference. they will both be excellent. hope this helps!

  • its yeah yeah by bodyrox or something like that, dont remember, look it up, its a good song, man I wanna buy some knee pads and sliding gloves now..

  • that's cool .. of you like it (:

  • dude whats that song called

  • anybody know the music?

  • I will be ordering my corcia pretty soon. I have had my supercharger for a bit over a month, and I gotta say, EARTHWING MAKES QUALITY BOARDS!!

  • Anyone know when the corchia deck is coming out?

  • The decks are almost done. I think they are just screening the graphic now. Probably in about 1 month.

  • Niiice!

  • what kind of wheels is that

  • great vid-terrible music!

  • omfg i second that

  • decks got heaps to do with it. Looks like a 35.5" drifter. Want deck 35" - 40". Standard trucks with a bushing and riser set-up with no wheel-bite and some hard duro wheels (90a, 95a), 60mm - 70mm and some nice swiss bearings. should do the trick

  • its funny how ur wearing full pads and ur goin like 6 mph

    hahaha

  • ok tuff guy, go and try that without pads and let me know how your arms and knees look and feel after u bail

  • yea at even "6 mph" you hit a knee or elbow or...head and you feel that shit. it looks weird to you but id rather slide on that than skin

  • yup

  • yeah you tell em

  • IMO, these are good slides, but most of it was the same three slides. The way I slide, I try to bring a lot of new and creative stuff... Love to show Earthwing, but I need a video camera instead of my lame webcam. Anyway you yts are awesome keep up the good work.

  • Sliders rule,. let me know if yu come to the W coast.

  • You can make wheels right through the d scale (Rockwell) the scale in which many metals are tested for hardness

  • Awesome, thanx dude!

  • They are 62mm Earthwing Slide A Superballs. They are the best slide wheels ever made.

  • I've never slided before, is the earthwing drifter a good board to start out with? Cause sliding looks really fun.

  • I don't think it has much to do with the boards, as much as the wheels and trucks

  • ITs great, slides out very easily. Indy's or Trackers will get the job done and 62mm slide A's are the best as Browntea said.

  • RAINSKATES!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! sooo goood

  • 62 ?!!!!!!!! OD BIG

  • What size are your wheels dudes? Seriously, what size are they, I gotta get me dems =)!

  • man nice video. are ur wheels flat yet lol?

  • they are earthwing superballs. the durometer is off scale (harder than 99a) so they are just called "Slide A" hardness. It's kind of a secret recipe. Check out earthwingskateboards dot com

  • God, how can you make a wheel harder than 99a?

  • whats the density on your wheels

  • i'm (this is jonathan/teabag) using timeship racing gloves. i think jess is using triple 8 prototype gloves.

  • F-ing Jessica, you amaze me ALWAYS!

  • what kind of gloves are you using??

  • the song is "yeah yeah" by bodyrox featuring luciana

  • awesome!!! who sings that song you had in the vid?
