The Republicans have held high office in government for about twenty-five years (partially) consecutively. Most regulation of businesses has been under their eye. Since they had friends in said businesses, they were lax in how they let them run. Keep in mind that this is a new administration, and the democrats are now in power. What they're doing now, is they're trying to do things differently, as they probably think that doing such will help.
That's not going to fly. Unfortunately Obama truly believes that something like this will help. While stricter regulation may help, it does pave the way to socialism. This is a quick fix, like so many people want. To wait for the markets to bounce back will either take another world war, or it will take another decade.

I understand that English mothertongues dont have to learn foreign languages cuz they dont really need em but its sad that they begin to doubt as ppl speak THEIR language... Makes me think ur jelly...if ud speak German there was no doubt dawg... Besides, English is the toughest language 2 no by heart (most grammatical exceptions etc.) so dont think i was advanced
