Sometimes he goes to Munich, where I have family. I told them they need to go see him even if I have to send them the Euros. So make a weekend of it, or vacation. But you must...MUST...witness the magic.

Ok, you guys are retarded. Seriously. If you would rather listen to Ynqwie over Tommy, be my guest. But Tommy plays with more feel and dynamic than a lot of the 'greats' out there. Tommy can tear it up on electric or acoustic, but he holds back because he knows that the song doesn't always call for that. Playing with emotion and getting your audience into the song is much more effective than playing fast or sweeping or whatever. Very few guys out there can feel the song like Tommy can.

How overboard do you want me to go. I believe this is the single best performance i've ever seen by any performer, and I've seen him live twice. Last time in Savannah, Ga. only 100 seats in a room built for sound. There's a lot of music in that man and when he plays people are in awe; you feel happy, some weep; but it is a spiritual experience. Many have played the guitar well, but Tommy exceeds them all.
