It is proven that the OU teams that have won national titles overall have 57% Oklahomans, 25 texans, and 18% other. On top of that, 4 out of 5 of our heisman winners are Okies. And our All Americans players are mostly from Oklahoma and out number texas players 2:1. THOSE are the facts folks. While we do get texas players, the majority of the success has been from Oklahoma players...

Again, my point is and has been, OU and OSU are dependent on Texas kids. Nothing more. Why that's a typical response is pretty easy to understand, as well as why people make comments concerning unrelated topics. Seems like you are burdened with simplistic thoughts and questions. Oh by the way, my point does NOT insinuate that Texas kids should be obligated to play in the state of Texas. How you conjured that is beyond me, and for the record,Texas kids can play for an university.

@ctross91 Isn't the Texas stadium named after a former OU student and all-star football player? Believe it or not, Darrell K. Royal is from OKLAHOMA and went to school at OU. Keep in mind when OU fans trash Texas, it's the school, not the state. OU has plenty of alumni living in the state of Texas.

@ctross91 Please tell me where I dissed the state of Texas in my comments. I didn't. I recognize that OU's main rival is the Univeristy of Texas, and not the state of Texas. Please go back and read what I said. I acknowledge the fact that Texas is breeding ground for some of the most talented football players in the country. And I'm thankful that OU is able to recruit so well in Texas.And although you're not a Texas fan, I can tell that you are a Texan because of the arrogance in your comment.

Although I am a Sooner fan, I can't help but remember our reaction when we lost...
I think most people are sore losers, including us. I do not think that we should talk badly about them when we do the same exact thing. Hah, last year after we lost Sooner fans trashed most Texas fans who posted videos from the game, but not alot of Texans left to many bad comments. We maybe make a bigger fuss over losing than them. Either way, gotta love them Sooners. :)
