RuFus is broken, all the people who play this game on the Arcade and even websites says that Rufus is broken, he has too much recovery he does a lot of dmg and he has reach. THE ONLY WAY TO WIN IS TO PLAY DEFENSE, meaning keep him away, someone like Dahlsim would be good. or Like akuma Double fire balls in the air.. stuff like that, Only cheap stuff can keep a cheap character from winning.
