This isn't sucks. He just had a different perception of the music and intepreted it follow this perception. Each musician has an different perception of each music and it doens't means that one perception "is more correct" the others. This my way to think about covers. You don't need to play at 300bpm to be a good drummer and you don't need to play the music in the exactly same of the original record or how you have played it on the other times.

Maybe you should try to keep your sticks closer to your kit. Right now you make very long strikes. If you keep your sticks a little closer, you might be able to pull off the very fast 3th fills. (Sorry for my bad english), Besides the long strikes, you're good!

@Milkman23 Yes...in the original version like a triplet, you can do with a rudiment called "Swiss triplet army" it's a little difficult to do at this beat, but sound very nice, like a lot of notes.

Dude, I don't want to crawl in your ass. But it's amazing what you with such a small drum kit. A lot of guys online have huge drum kits, but don't manage to succeed even a simple song with them. But you manage harder ones with just this one, respect for you man.

You should try Discipline - Nine Inch Nails once. Guess it's pretty easy for you, but it has a lot of offbeats though. And Josh Freese is an amazing drummer.
