baby blue polo shirts aren't metal...neither is 6 different vocal effects to make your voice sound crunchy. Practice your growl more by growling "red leather, yellow leather," in alternating pitches and also try to create the growl in the back of your throat rather than just in your vocal chords. If you don't then you'll scratch the hell out of them in no time and won't be able to continue singing consistently.
