get what? UTOPIA, thats the original map St Thomas more used to describe his perfect island/state of free existance. It's possibly put on those derelict walls in shabby parts of paris, france however am speculating on location. Its to contrast a perfect society in a non perfect society. Saw a pic of jimi hendrix so its def revolutionary inspired. Does that answer your question?
