  • this solutioh is GRATE if oyur deff.

  • whats the temps?...

  • This is not supercooled. When you supercool a liquid it you drop it below its freezing point without it becoming a solid.

  • it's good but the pc looks like SHIT !!

  • i understand where ur coming from but one of the reasons people spend so much money on case fans and uber water cooling setups is because there quiet!

  • Sorry mate wank ass cuting, plus that aint cooling. Its just removing hot air of which more hot air will replace, plus your mobo, cpu and gpu are being starved of cool air. Shit idea, shit fan, shit case and a fucking huge shite hole in your computer. Message me your temps and ill see if your 20 dollar leaf blower is any better than my 5 technically placed 7 dollar 120 mm fans. Also why are you sporting a case from the millenium.

  • @MyMIXmedia Actually this is the best way to cool your computer than spending hundreds of dollars on oversized aircoolers which can crack your MOBO.

  • or u culd just get the corsair h50 for 60 dollars on amazon.com it is silent and not like 70 db like yours

  • Nice vid AND MUSIC.

    Thanks.

  • good idea, but today exist case enermax "chakra" with big side fan 25cm (movement in\out)

  • ugly song

  • why not place the whole damn thing in a Freezer!?

could you construct that? its worth a shot!

  • go big or go HOME heheh

  • It makes sense to do it that way. Sweet idea and great job! Thanx for posting!

  • i like how he says "Why spend money on case fans" when he says buy a $20!! fan!! or you can buy like you know some 5$ case fans. stupid...

  • @maxamillion4536 who would want to waste time fitting 5 small fans. thats 5 times more work and 5 more holedrilling.

one big fan with 1 big hole is enougth.

  • you wouldnt have to drill anyholes you just mount them on the case, cases have pre drilled holes for you just put fans in any of those spaces. and it takes less then 30 sec to put in a fan u just set it plug it and screw. oin yours u have to freakin punch a hole through the top of your pc, btw which looks ghetto !!!

  • @MyMIXmedia case fans are usually 120mm so i wouldn't say that you'd need 5 of em...

  • i tried this with a vacuum motor

  • good

  • Wow I just open the window my computer is next to the window

  • i was gonna do this when my house was getting remodeled cuz the workers had saws and shit but then i decided not to cuz i have a pretty nice case haha

  • awsome idea, had an idea of using an average box fan as a side case, but this makes much more sense

  • TOO BIG, TOO NOISY

  • I already done something like that before and the bad part about it is summer heat would just warm air

  • its not ugly, he just made and instructional video thats why he doesnt do any designing, its yours to use the idea and mod it, it can be like a high-tech rig with this just be creative.

  • i like it! ...you earn a gold star!

  • good idea very ugly tho

  • If you have a huge exhaust fan with weak intake, how much negative case pressure will you cause?

    It'll nearly be worse :)

  • hmmmmm.good idea - Pj

  • wtf

  • lol i installed a home normal big fan in my comp brilled a hole put a grill and a radiator of a car and wather cooling and the cpu is always at 23degrees lol home made

  • not counting the possibility of damaging your case, what about noise man?

  • The noise is almosty non existant. Its really quiet than most people think.

  • thissong is awesome! clubbed to death- rob dougan

  • it will only cause a ton of dust if you have it blowing into the case -_-

  • @2007FORLife

hello dude its blowing out air NOT in...geez

  • hahaha you got my old pc

    i it a packard bell iexteme .......

    it looks it

  • man this is hardcore!!!!

  • i would like to know the song

  • Clubbed to death

  • I have no overlocks. forward panel sucks in air and the back panel, remove all hot air and a large fan on top of my computer. The fans are large to So its really retarded that it can get hot... do you know anything else i can do...? Btw The computer specc is : cpu : intel core extreme 3.20 ghz 12 mbs cache Gpu : Gtx 280 1.4Gb V-Ram 4 Gb ram

  • I do have a big damn computer that has a massive "pc specc" i got around 10 fans and water cooling but its not enough.. -.- And i do not want to drill a damn hole in my chas Because it will make the computer look ugly.. Any1 knows what i can do? (all of the fans is going on 100% + im trying to use speedfan for a even higher fan rpm but that not enough to... Does any1 here knows what i can do? Ty alot

Ps. sorry for my bad english.

  • it kinda sounds like u hav air flow probs, what are u running for it to be so hot? is it overclocked?

if u really want fan rpm buy the top end Delta fan 5500rpm 67DB

  • some of us like our PCs to look good though

  • the dude below me is right but you can by a simple dust protector (filter) its cost 10 dollars TOP

  • Dude you realize you will have a ton of dust?

  • omg i have an 80w 750mm fan (for industrial puposes, dunno wut to do with it :P) how cold will it be then =O?

  • Great Idea dude, Im gonna cut a hole in the side of my computer and then Im going to stick my cock in it before I install the fan. Hope this is recomended. Thanks!

  • Well edited

  • Can you tell me more specific where to get that fan or something similar cause I can't find it.

  • Its a simple bathroom exhuast fan. I bought it from a hardware store for $14 odd bucks.

  • well I went to lowes and home depot but I don't see something even close to that. It in hardware store but which one? what the name of the store and where?

  • that looks gay and its always sticking out and plus not everybody wants to drill a big hole on there case

  • isnt that loud?

  • this is a good idea XD and every one here who dissagree are STUPID!! it wont damage hardwer as u ppl say or anything it just Sucks the heat out and keeps cool inside

  • you know..... they make fans for computers right..... if you have a fan like that you really could damage ur hardware, but in your case. you might as well. you know, considering its ass anyways.

  • Thanx. Worked good on my gaming rig. I can now play Lost Planet, Crysis, Ghost Recon 2, etc.

Without the fucken A/C (Expensive Electric Power Consumption)

I live in a hot tropical region, and don't care how my computer is to the view now.

  • song

  • Thanks for the Windows License,

    Been looking for one :)

  • Like you could see it perfectly, idiot.

  • wtf are u talking about XD?!

  • noobism cooling ... u have buyed 200m cooling fan of cooler master .. which is better than this ..

  • why ddnt u make a whole on the other side and so you could cool ur room at the same fan!

  • than he would have to make a hohle in the motherboard which would be a lil problem

  • funny thing is my cpu runs as cold as yours did after you did that. I have a rosewill z3 cpu cooler=30$

stock case fans-120mm intake 120mm exhaust

  • Yeah except his fan cools the entire PC, bud.

  • i would rather have my case temps a little hotter than having shit and debris flyin in my case

  • Hence wire mesh.

  • What did you do to cut the computer case?

  • This is MyMIXmedia: The side panel used was cut using tin snips. Available at hardware store etc. Cut by hand and no power tools.

  • where can i buy that exact fan

  • I got it from bunnings warehouse, a sydney hardware shop. This fan is a exhuast fan from the bathroom etc.

Anyware that sells exhuast bathroom fans will do.

  • wau

  • DB and dust ?

  • The fan operates quietly. Its not loud at all.

If you fit a wire mesh, it will be even better.

  • I did this on my laptop, I never saw it again after it flew away.

    U owe me a comp

  • :)) that PC looked like frankenstein lol

and about the noise i think he put the PC in a nother room or use some really good headset :))

  • this is like a fucking advertisment for the fan... And i bet it is super fucking loud !

  • The idea seems good, but I have to sleep with my PC running in the bedroom while cracking large amount of data, how many db is the fan generating?

  • HEY yeah nice tutorial but how you cut the metal away with scissor? so you can use a crappy case put a big fan on it and have fun ?

yeah great video and its very suuper coooool

    :)

  • what about noise: how much DB?

  • or u could get alot of smaller fans to do the same job and not turn ur comp into a helicopter

  • LOL

  • LOL ROFLMFAO

  • this is not good air cooling !!!!!the only advantage is the price but it is not good quality and the water cooling is much better than this bullshit!!!!my friend u don t know anything about cooling!!!

  • HAHAAHAH you crack me up dude, i mean if you got the money y not get the water cooling plus "itll make it look better" you made that pc look like shit dude looks like a BIG EPIC SPEAKER LAWL

  • ye.... Sound of helecopter in your room?

  • how many mm have this exhaust fan?

  • dude lol, that PC doesnt look like its going to overheat like crazy, but it depends on your budget really

  • the name of the song is clubbed or something like that.

and it not that good cooling.not silent and ugly and no enough exhusting

  • and my is better fan!!!

  • damn, after watching this i think to myself, WHY DID YOU BOUGHT 4 FANS AND A DAN CONTROLER???? I spent over R$100 (40 dollars).

I'll try that on my next pc!

  • that comp looks kind like basic.. i dont think that pc would need that type of cooling..id just get case fans and maybe a pci fan... and drill like lots of 1 inch holes in the side pannel of the cace door 4 ventalation.....ure is a good idea ...

  • I use liquid nitrogen to cool my CPU to underclock it to 500MHz.

  • psh i all i do is throw water on it

  • what is the name of this song?pleaseee!!

  • Its somthing called the: Kayarama mix

or something, i forgot its exact wording, its somthing like that.

  • the name of the song is

Clubbed To Death by Rob Dougan

  • its out of the apprentice isnt it?

  • good idea. but, does it work if you like overclocking

  • creative man

  • I think this would be good if you had an older computer that over heated alot...but i am not doing this to my 3,000 dollar computer.. not to mention its hideous looking and i want my computer nice to look at, my comp is suppose to blend in with the rest of my electronics instead of some ugly thing with a huge fan sticking out the side of it. Besides my case is bomb and prably does just as good of a job as that. Not to mention all the fans including the 200MM top exhaust fan is all implemented.

  • alright now lets look at the cons... the fan has a seperate power supply, and its massive.. and imagine how loud that thing gets considering its 1/4 the size of your computer. also you would be wasting alot of electricity when you're idle.

  • how did he get the big hole up? with a ion saw? i will do it with a 120mm fan, and i guess that is well to.

  • I used Tin snips, drill a hole first, than when you have enough room, use tin snips.

  • thanks dude!

  • How did you break it, this only involves a side cover???. Im sure you did something besides what you see in this video.

  • are you crazy??? hahaha

  • That's haha!! OMG! WTF? that's not nice, nor even cool, sorry but the idea is nice but you left out, all the bad things for doing that...

  • yeah for one theres no thing blocking the fan blade, dust or insects could get in your computer... horrible bad idea, instead spend 150$ and get the thermaltake amour series full tower case that has the 20cm fan on the side.

  • How much do you pay for elect. with that fan?

  • lol ?////

  • That's fricken dangerous what if your cat or dog touched the fan while it was on!??!

  • u no some people buy cases so that it looks cool and they probably don't wannt make a huge hole in the side. thats why they buy liquide cooling

  • insert you're pc in the fridge and you're done.

  • whats your electric bill like :/

    nice idea! :)

  • i gonna get a industrial fender :| and drill, and drill, and drill

  • scrub scrub scrub ^~

  • lol

  • Just a Question, My PC is intel quadcore q6600 2.4ghz,3gbram,nvidia 8600GT 512MB OC to 648/523. My normal Temps are around 45-48C and underload go up to 72C Stock cooling fan on the card with a little help with 2 other fans *1 Cooling the CPU* and one on the side of the comp. if i did what you did how much Lower Load temp *72C* would i get? thanks!

  • I appologhies for the late reply Persona etc. Trust me, if you want your computer to have a big bonus cooling effect install a big exhuast fan, i alway have it on when i play CSS, cos it heats up really hot. 5 min with the fan on, the pc power supply area and case is stone cold.

  • how much dust are you gonna get in your computer when it's not turned on?

  • i would add an air filter but it decreases ur air flow

  • To those who are complaining about the looks you shouldn't do it. For those of you on a budget and are over-heating , it will def do the job, btw its exhaust not intake (no dust intake). You can always add a rheostat (dimmer switch ) to slow it down if desired to make it quieter as needed.

  • im not gonna drill a huge hole in the side of my computer

  • go to ur local computer store and pick up a 10$ replacement sidepanel

  • are you kidding that comment was like 3 months ago lol i gota cm stacker 830 now
