The number of accidents with shooting black youngsters during arrest as directly proportional to the number of disturbances cased by groups of young black people scaring others around by their behavior.

When everybody carries a gun, no one will give damn about group of black youngsters causing disturbance, but then the number of black young people shot by armed civilians in self defense will make up for the number not shot accidentally by police during arrest. Take your pick. Mine: armed people.

Ron Dellums loves to talk about how the "system" is stacked against black youths. What he never talks about is the fact that in the 1930s, when racism was more severe in the USA, black illegitimacy was 15%. Now it is between 60 and 70%.

The solution is PERSONAL RESPONSIBILITY. Only when blacks stop blaming others and looking for handouts will they be able to get ahead.

The ideology of victimisation that Dellums pushes is what hurts blacks far more than any lingering racism.

Cops should be able to arrest a kid they have pinned to the ground with his hands behind his back without killing the kid.

The cop killed a kid for no reason, It has been investigated by Infernal Affairs.

The results of the investigation have been turned over in a timely manner to the DA where after a review charges were filed and an immediate arrest was made.

Sounds like our "system" is working as designed to me.

The important odd thing is that the shooting seems to be not really connected to the actions of the kid.

Remember the kid had two big cops down on his back.

The biggest cop had his knee down on the kid's neck and head.

The kid was not going Anywhere!

The shooting seems to happen out of the blue.

They had the kid down for the count and only needed to finish cuffing him.

I think the same can be said of Crack Heads. Crack Heads can be aggressive and have little to no concept of right or wrong. I think the Crack Heads on the BART train are responsible for Oscar's death, in part. Actually, they got what they wanted, but they will never admit it.
