your chakra explanation makes no sense because your solar plexus is the part of your ribcage directly in front of your heart, theres not a separated spot between your heart and solar plexus, they are pretty much in the exact same spot. and if so explain to me what the solar plexus chakra does?
@Dirt7055 The solar plexus is underneath the rib cage. It is not in front of the heart at all. It is the soft muscle area in the area just before your sternum starts, where the rib cage opens up.
