  • Looks yummy, just don't forget to clean up everytime you cook, as soon as you're done ok. Most people get lazy right after breakfast and hit the couch mode to watch sports or some news, and then go on the snooze mode for an hour..A clean ketchen makes a healthy ketchen, makes a healthy person be active productive and wise.

  • bacon and eggs is healthier

    you keep thinking those fruits are good for you, when they obvioulsy where eaten just because they taste sweet.

    You really want to get healthy and you will eat vegetables in the morning.

  • @o0o0mimio0o0 Quinoa is actually a seed so it is much higher in protein, it is the most protein rich of all seeds I believe. A lot of vegetarians use it as a complete protein source. So it will 'fill you up' more than bulgur, and it is also high in iron. Also, bulgur is made from wheat so if you are gluten intolerant, than quinoa is better. Also quinoa is more natural and wholesome, whereas bulgur is more processed. I love to enjoy both though! Happy cooking. :-)

  • @matthew4892 Butter is never 'necessary'... lol. But damn it tastes good. As with most recepies, you can use oil instead of butter if you wanted to.

    

  • Yo, no judgement here on your 'imperfectly clean' kitchen. We all have different levels of what we consider to be acceptably clean, and this is just a video so if anyone doesn't like to eat the delicious quinoa breakfast that's been cooked with butter and in an imperfectly clean kitchen, then they don't have to! :-P Thanks for the recipe, luv. <3

  • @harbime there's enough protein & fat in that dish that the natural sugar from the apple/raisin combo that i don't think it would raise your blood sugar...and duh of course you're going to be hungry after 4 hours, it's breakfast LOL

    ps not judging the cleanliness but food tastes so much better when your kitchen is sparkly, honest! hehhehehe

  • This will raise the sugar in your blood and make you feel very hungry after 3-4 hours.
