There is no a moderate muslim! according to islamic rules to be a muslim is not some % it must be 100% muslim otherwise they are out of the line! worldwide we have a billion muslims & we can say one million of them are the fundamentalist, then why the majority "moderate" 999 million muslims dont protest against those crazy minority & tell them stop you are not representing us ??? to say nothing against such a savage act meaning they are agree with it & they like it

@HappyCabbie No, perhaps I wasn't clear. Fat doesn't trigger puberty, puberty will not begin unless a percentage of body fat is present. This is the body recognizing that it has the resources on board (stored energy) and in its environment (food) to carry itself through a pregnancy. If a girl has a super-low percentage of body fat, as we see in gymnasts or in famine-ravaged areas, pubertal development is delayed. The effect of body fat has not been evidenced to speed up the onset of puberty.

Enjoyed your video very much. I have to disagree with the title however. If you concede that she was a child, and you concede that Muhammad had sex with her he at least deserves one common definition of pedophile. If he was actually attracted to her he meets all the criteria. In order to avoid this you would have to suggest he was able to consummate the marriage with someone to whom he was not attracted, possible but remote. You would also have to discount his advice to Jabir bin `Abdullah:

@MsMrNoface I agree, but I'm not exactly interested in making the case for pedophilia, which I suspect is why Ali chose my video (and mine alone, apparently) to respond to. I view affixing a label to it as a bit of "losing the point". The title is a tongue-in-cheek restatement of Dawah's apologetics. We're still left with Muhammad performing an act which even Dawah agrees is deplorable, but the case for pedophilia allows him to focus on refuting the label, and distracting from the act itself.

@MegaVelvetElvis I think law is out of the question. Muhammad was the law in his time. I'm sure you'll agree that it would be unfair to apply the modern age of consent laws on Muhammad. So we're left with two common uses of the term. Anyone who has sex with a child is a pedophile and anyone who is persistently attracted to children (the psychiatric definition, which you suggest). DF has to argue she was not regarded and did not appear to be a child, which he tries to do but fails on both counts.

I've only seen on photo of a 9y/o girl who started puberty early, and yeah, looked like a child with breast buds. Gotta wonder about the discharge too since someone so young tends to flow lightly.
