He's a great wrestler, but also a great person, that's why he jobs to other guys, he wants to give the new generation all he can, like Terry Funk did for his generation.

Tommy is well liked by WWE management, and i'm sure if he wanted to play political and have a push he could get it, but he doesn't want it, he came back from retirement, from his comfortable work backstage to wrestle because he wants to get the new guys ready, that's why newcomers always wrestle Dreamer on ECW.
