I love listing to Gene Martin, as well as most of the old time Gospel music. It is nothing like the old gospel songs. My mother and I have been listening to this song and his other songs every since I found it on youtube. Believe it or not, but I know a lots of young people that would prefer these old gospel songs over this new stuff. I surfed the web for Gene Martin's songs, but it sated that they were rare. i like this version and the e dewey smith version. dorindas is ok. it just reflects your style. this sounds like more of a 60's do wop style while pastor smith's sound more down home southerny. they both give God the glory. dont get caught up in whos annointed or not just listen to the message of the song. its the devils job to use something so little to cause a big rift in the saints. pray for 1 another and please keep me in your prayers.
