@Den0Q cydia is like an app that you get after jailbreaking your ipod or iphone. Cydia allows you to download programs for example allow you to change your theme, get free games ... etc.

software has not been updated in a while but apple has just given Adobe permission to make a mobile flash for iphone so ill keep you up to date in my videos.
