Hmm. I had never really THOUGHT about my affection for this ol' pair of shoes. But you are RIGHT!!! They are the most comfortable pair of shoes I've ever worn, and they've been places with me most shoes would shudder to walk through (anyone who has ever mucked out a goat barn knows exactly what I'm talking about!). And those friends of mine? Yep - I have assembled a wonderful group of friends to live with! Thanks for visiting!

I LOVE DUCT TAPE! Birkenstocks are too expensive for me :-) Duct Tape is cool! I use it to put up my air conditioner in the summer :-D EXCELLENT VID KIT!!
Yes, Birks are WAY too expensive for me as well - which is why I must use duct tape!! Actually, this particular pair is the only leather pair I have (I only own, let's see, 9 pairs, and I have my originals from 20 years ago!) - these are over 10 years old and I wear them around this little mini-farm constantly, and about every 6 months or so I tape them and they just keep on trudging along!
