Thanks for another great video and glad that you had a good holiday. I can relate to what you mentioned about support groups. I've had mixed feelings after I attended one and after meeting a few long terms sufferers it can be quite a scary experience. One guy said to me "don't get your hopes up !". Hmmm.
@MultiYesindeed Support groups can be really good - and it's totally understandable how people with ME can feel there isn't much hope, and to want to share their difficult times with others who understand, but the groups are good when they're positive too :)
Well...sorry to see that this one is not captionned. Your previous were captionned, which was great...this one isnt...and therefore is not accessible to those of us who are hearing impaired or Deaf (yes, some of us ME sufferers are also Deaf \H-I...oh what fun""")
@Socrate77777 Hello, sorry - I hadn't included full subtitles to any of my videos (yet - I could look into adding that through YouTube though) - but there is a full transcript of everything I said (apart from the first minute, the bit about my holiday and links to my website and facebook etc) at my website (see link above) - I do hope this helps? Best wishes.
Thank you all for your comments! It was lovely to get away for a break, and it is a beautiful area, maybe one of these days I'll be up to a short hike!
Thank you for your continued videos and information. You explain things in a simple and clear way. Glad you enjoyed the peak district. It is a beautiful area.
