@illeaglskillz I guess there is a commercial reason behind our video. I do hope though that we have been able to educate also. Our goal is to have a world of happy, smiling customer service assistants that are proud of their jobs and love to serve you the consumer!! Power to the people....

Business owners usually only train and force the staff to do sales, not customer service. You can easily spot their frustation by just listening to their words. Business owners need to realise that 1 unhappy customer spreading their experience to friends is a total disaster. So if you have 20 of them walk out unhappy every day. You just lose your reputation from 20 networks of people. Might as well close your business before losing more money.

My mum worked at woolies in the deli for just over 5 years then we moved so she found a job at IGA and has been working their for the past 2 years she's really friendly and actually makes conversation with the customers in the past and now regular customers have actually given her presents and In woolies and IGA her colleagues are jealous of her :P now shes the manager of the deli in IGA. Just thought I'd share ;)
Extraordinary video. Facts speak for themselves. Great customer service does matter and it distinguishes itself louder than most anything else. My in-laws ate at an upscale restaurant and no served them after the initial order was taken. Upon inquiring, no staff member was assigned to them thus no drinks were refilled or dirty plates removed. They had to physically ask for this service. They will never return. Case and point.

If every australian would follow the "positive training" then still 82% of the sme's would go bankrupt because it is not posible for everyone to koop your head up. someone has to go down. so that would mean that is everyone would follow the training, 82% of the ppl who folowed the training would still go bankrupt. that is a bad reputation as a company when 82% of your costumers failed.
