  • Any new idea for hamburger gets points with me. I love chicken fried anything, but I never would've thought of freezing them. Brilliant! This is going right on my "to-do" list, and I even have some 90-10 in the freezer. Close enough. YUM!

  • JB, was there some particular reason for the extra lean ground beast? I thought you were strictly an 80/20 type of guy.

  • For grilled or griddled burgers use only 80-20, this will make a nice juicy burger.

    Frying in oil you don't want the internal fat from the beef to make a soggy crust. Its gonna be juicy cause its fried in oil.

    I've done deep fried steaks & pork loins in past videos. They come out more juicy than any other cooking method.
