Well okay, okay you have to download custom game menu that supports the campaign option (you can get it from halomaps[dot]org) and then download the campaign fomr the same site. This wasn't from the CMT's campaign though. they were all normal custom made maps.
You can get these maps fomr the same site. You extract the .map files to the local disk > program files > microsoft games > halo custom edition > maps. Have fun, hope it helped you!
