  • Grow up

  • the water didn't stop completely, you just stopped the video.

  • *hits sprinkler*

    OH, DAMIT!

  • damit man

  • best....name for a tool ever

  • None of the people in the film are firemen, they are our employees, wearing what is required by employment law, which is ridiculous in a real situation.

  • you needed firemen to demonstrate this?

  • I find this tool very useful

  • Damit, The sprinkler went off, where are you!?!

  • only a person without knowledge of the industry could make such an inane comment

  • if you are on a 10 storey hotel and searching for an activation, this tool will save 1000's of damage. remember you cant turn the water off until you know that there is not a fire. Also, no one can re enter the building until the sprinkler is reinstated, so every one has to evacuate. With this fitted the building can be re occupied whilst awaiting a sprinkler engineer. I am in the industry, I guess you are not?

  • by the time you go and get it, set it up and finally stand under the filthy water coming out why not just turn off the main stop.

  • Seal the f**king fire sprinkler DAMIT!

  • Fucking dammit! lol

  • yea okkk!!! i wanna see you do that with 175psi! lmao

  • Damit lol

  • this is a joke tbh ...and damn right dangerous with high pressure systems

  • you know , you are supposed to know where the shutoff valve and drain is at !!!! must be a scab that came up with this idea , only a scab would have a idea like this ,!!!!! road toad local union 669

  • @woodsmorning you union guys must all be layed off by now

  • @ogjoec You must be the scab woodsmorning was talking about.

  • @woodsmorning thats why on the local 669 website you have unemployment forms in your links area

  • god fucking damit!

  • Does this work with all heads? uprights, sidewall, concealed??

  • Damit! LOL

  • Dammit.

  • may come in handy in some situations, one of those in the back of the van if required but totally agree with the other comments - dont want amateurs messing around with systems though must laugh at the rainjackets n hats used ,

  • Interesting idea... Most AHJs wouldn't allow its use though. Once the sprinkler is "plugged" and no longer sprays, people all too easily leave it at that, neglecting to get it repaired. I could see them using 6 or 7 of those before they got their system repaired. "I AIN'T GONNA CALL THE SPRINKLER TECHNICIANS! I'LL DO IT MYSELF DAMNIT!"

  • gameicy i agree also 669 member buffalo ny

  • GOD DAMMIT

  • DAMIT! burned my house down. seriously, it failed.

  • Lets see your video actors do that off a 10 foot ladder with real pump pressure, no rain gear and live electrical components all around them. As a Union Fitter I encourage safety on all construction sites. A control valve is a must for every valve room PERIOD. Encouraging occupants to tinker with systems is unlawful and dangerous.

  • As a member of Sprinkler Fitters Local 669 for 20 years, I would have to say this product is not practical. During installation & testing of systems I would prefer to throw down a trash can , shut the control valve and replace the damaged head as opposed to drenching my bibs and hoping the foreman allows me go home to change and as hsfireprotectionnz has mentioned when large diesel pumps kick on it is not safe to hold a tool in the flow path unless you want and injury!

  • damit l o l

  • We have tested to over 1200 kPa without any problems. The dome is 15mm so we would need to make a bigger dome for your application. Its not a problem as they screw in.

  • so what happens when you have a 20mm orifice??, and a diesel pump that punches out 1250kpa???

  • I know a kid who could of used that. lol
