It's so weird to think 403 to 235 is really only 168 pounds. When you're EXTREMELY overweight you basically think you're going to have to lose about 500000000 pounds.

Good for you, I'm losing weight the natural way (this is my 5th day) because I don't think I'd lose weight through surgery (since I didnt have a high metabilism and basically I had no appitite so my body was going into fammine mode.) But I hope to get good results and be as happy as you are and eating more/ the right things and excersizing! So maybe someday I'll be like you , and not have low confidene anymore!
